Bio

I'm newly married and have a grown son whom I adore and dote on to the point of embarassing him in public. Thank goodness he's a) tolerant, and b) still thinks I'm cool. Heh! I've ridden a motorcycle for 15 years (Honda Rebel, then a Shadow, then a Harley FXE, and lastly a Triumph Bonneville), but am currently bike-less due to space limitations. Bah! :-( I'm proud of my gardening ability, try hard to support local and organic agriculture, and will go out of my way to spend my $$ at friend's establishments rather than stranger's. In the last 2 years I've taken up acting and I love it. I'm still not brave enough to get up there onstage, but I love to do cold readings with the local playwriters. *grins* FUN! I knit obsessively every chance I get and when I'm not knitting, I'm reading knitting blogs, hunting down free patterns, or thinking about knitting. And I can't stop buying yarn. Just can't do it.
